To qualify for warranty service, customers must present the original invoice for the work completed by our technicians. Warranty coverage applies only when Phoenix Windshield Repair Services has the opportunity to inspect and address the issue before another shop performs additional work.
Warranty Coverage for Repairs
Our repair warranty guarantees that the repaired windshield crack or chip will not continue spreading for as long as you own the vehicle. If it does, we will credit the amount paid for the repair toward a new windshield replacement.
The vehicle must be in drivable condition, and the original invoice must be presented to meet warranty requirements.
- Applies to eligible chip and crack repairs completed by our company.
- Repair credit may be applied toward a replacement if the repaired damage spreads.
- Customer must provide the original invoice for completed technician work.
- Vehicle must be in a condition where it can be safely driven and inspected.
Warranty Coverage for Replacements
Our replacement warranty is a Lifetime Nationwide Warranty for qualifying windshield replacement work completed by Phoenix Windshield Repair Services.
- Defects in parts or materials.
- Stress cracks related to covered installation or product issues.
- Loose moldings connected to covered replacement work.
- Air noise caused by covered installation concerns.
- Water leaks caused by covered installation concerns.
Eligibility for Warranty Coverage
To be eligible for warranty coverage, the customer must have received a qualifying service directly from Phoenix Windshield Repair Services.
- General windshield replacement Phoenix service.
- Eligible promotional windshield replacement Phoenix service.
- General chip or crack repair completed by our company.
- Original invoice must be available at the time of warranty review.
Warranty Coverage Limitations
Warranty coverage does not apply to auto glass damage caused by non-standard driving situations, unrelated vehicle conditions, outside damage, or third-party alterations.
- Damage involving a stolen vehicle.
- Vandalism on or inside the vehicle.
- Environmental disasters or severe weather events.
- Existing rust, corrosion, or vehicle frame structure damage.
- Damage caused by objects or incidents occurring in non-standard driving conditions.
- Warranty may be void if another shop alters, exchanges, repairs, or performs related work before Phoenix Windshield Repair Services is given the opportunity to honor the warranty.
